I had two of your gentleman...do a service on my air conditioning unit today August 13, 2020. They were both very polite, courteous, and they went over all the details that I needed to know how to use the thermostat and the benefits of my system. I would definitely like to have both or one do my future services if at all possible.

We're going to be selling our house and wanted our 25-year-old air conditioner and heater to be checked out. Big Anthony from Home Comfort was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He took the time and checked out everything thoroughly and said everything was working well! I was shocked! I was expecting a list of things to fix but he said no, the system is old but had no problems. Highly recommend!

Marcus is absolutely AMAZING!! He came over to give us a quote on a new AC unit and complete ductwork. He was super nice and very thorough in explaining the work that they were gonna perform. He broke down the quote for exactly each job. He went over all the financing options for us and really worked within our budget. I highly recommend him for any HVAC project you have. Do not hesitate to call and ask for Marcus!!

We got our new air conditioning system installed by Home Comfort USA and let me tell you, it was a Class A experience. The installers, Douglas A, Miguel R, and Alberto G were phenomenal. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very clean. They were very informative throughout the whole process and there was no mess left behind. The installation went as smooth as it could be. We are very satisfied with our new system. We will recommend them to everyone! Totally happy customers.

Losing your AC unit to age (Original since '83) isn't usually good news. Yet, the Lord can take anything and work it out for His good pleasure. Such is the case when calling Home Comfort USA, and we met with Manny and Mario. Wearing masks, booties, and gloves, both were friendly, professional, and helpful in assessing our problem and offering options. We went with a new Platinum unit, and feel good about the choice and experience. You blessed us guys, especially with the sharing of your family pictures and stories. I have been very happy with Home Comfort USA. They installed a new heating and air conditioning system one year ago. Today, Andy and Adrian came to service the air conditioner. Andy was very thorough and checked all the vents for efficiency. They cleaned the condenser and Andy made recommendations for additional equipment if I was interested.

Happy customer my AC and heater system were on their last leg. Called these guys up and they showed up on time. They were very professional and polite. They set up covers on the floor to keep all debris on there. Brandon and Carl informed me every step and answered all the questions I had about my new system. They did very good quality work and it shows, they take pride in what they do. It looks very clean. The company is lucky to have these 2 guys on their team, would definitely recommend them.

Terrific Experience! From the sales representative Jacob to the installation crew of Miguel, Doug, and Harold we are110% happy with Home Comfort. I am a 59-year-old homeowner in Huntington Beach who after many years of debating the subject decided to go through with central air after having been quoted a very competitive price by Home Comfort for a 4-ton Lennox unit. This proved to be the best decision we have made among all of our home improvements. Our 1960's flat-roofed home with limited space along the side for the outdoor condenser presented a serious technical challenge that required special equipment. The crew came out and spent an entire day evaluating and offering options to me, searching their network of suppliers and traveling to two locations to pick up the equipment needed to fit our home including a special compact coil unit required to fit between our furnace and ducts. The outdoor "slim line" unit required for our limited outdoor space would normally have been a significant upcharge, but all the Home Comfort team was interested in was to satisfy us with no change orders. They respected their original quote through the entire project. Through the process that had to patience to educate me about SEER values, unit tonnage, Energy Star ratings, etc. The crew was always very professional, respectful, polite, friendly, informative, always wore masks, and finished the job exactly when they said they would. They installed the entire system in 1 day. They even arranged a hazardous waste crew to remove an asbestos exhaust pipe that was discovered inside our ceiling when they went to fit the AC coil above our furnace and replaced it with a double-walled exhaust pipe to meet code. After having recently had poor experiences with a roofing and mason contractor, it was a relief and pleasure to work with a group so willing, capable, and eager to please. They REALLY understand customer service. I hope to be able to get them some business through referrals because they really deserve it. And by the way, I had this project quoted two years ago by another HVAC contractor through a Costco program for the same system, who's price was $5,200 more than Home Comfort. So not only did they install top-quality equipment, but we know that we got a more than fair price. I have a lot to do today for work, but I wanted to write this review right away because it is well-deserved.

Gabriel replaced our thermostat quickly and efficiently. He was nice, friendly, and helpful. While installing our thermostat, he was careful and treated the installation as if he were working on his own home. Finally, he tested the system to make sure it worked properly, and we're happy to have our AC working well again. Before he left, he asked if we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend!

I called to have Maintenance service on my A/C unit and check the Ductwork under the house. I saw the Advertisement in my Local newspaper, for $59.00 the price was right so I decided to give them a try. We have lived in our home for 12 years and have had the unit serviced twice a year by various A/C Companies. This is the FIRST time any A/C company has actually gone under the house or removed the cover of the A/C unit to check inside and clean it. Jacob did find rodent damage to the Ductwork, but we already knew there was a problem because our electric bill was very high. We are in the process of getting that repaired next week. I am so impressed with the service we were given. Jacob Rose and Tim were so professional. Their service was so much more that we expected. I even bought a Home Maintenence Plan, that's how happy we are with Home Comfort USA. I highly recommend this company for all your A/C & Heating issues, or like me, purchase the Home Service Plan from Home Comfort USA, trust me you won't regret it. Thanks again Jacob & Tim!

Needed to have a new AC system installed in our house, plus a split unit in our ADU unit. A big job involving relocating the unit to our rooftop, and reducting the entire house. Our house was built in 1934 and has very limited crawl and attic space.. yet the guys from Home Comfort did an excellent job. They were on time, polite, and made sure to clean up after themselves when finished. They were on top of any issues that arose, and we now have a great new AC system in our house, which will last for years. It's a big investment and you need to choose wisely... I'm glad we went with Home Comfort USA.

I am only giving 5 stars because I can't give 10. My A/C went out this week and Home Comfort sent a technician out the same day, in just a few hours. Big Anthony arrived in all the modern protective attire, examined my A/C unit, and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He came back the next day with the proper parts and make my system work again. I really admired his attention to detail. He politely explained the breakdown and repair process and give instructions on how to keep the system running efficiently into the future. I truly feel confident with his outstanding work. I was also relieved by Anthony's honesty. Another technician (from my former repair company) had looked at the system earlier in the day and said it wasn't possible to fix it, but for $18,000 he could get me a great new HVAC system.

My first introduction to Home Comfort USA was through a salesperson at Lowes. Kind of skeptical, but made an appointment and was very pleased by the thorough presentation of Justin and Leon. They checked the attic ducts and discovered asbestos. The next morning, the abatement crew cleared out all the asbestos, and then Douglas and Miguel began to work their magic installing the new furnace and AC system. These young men are really good at what they do. Their workmanship was excellent. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Home Comfort USA. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy.
